Packing slip
One page, no prices, the filaments named — buyers ask which colours they got. It prints from the order or from here, and the insert rule at the bottom changes with the channel: Amazon forbids anything that diverts the buyer, Etsy forbids a link off-platform, the website gets the how-it's-made card. See UD-1035's slip →
Shipped here, not yet confirmed on the channel
- UD-1031 Amazon
This list is the whole reason the channel step is separate from "mark shipped": a parcel that left the house but was never confirmed on Amazon is, to Amazon, late.
Shipping promises, per channel
- Web
- No shipping promise shown at checkout yet. Set one and honour it.
- Amazon
- Merchant-fulfilled. Must confirm shipment with tracking inside the listing's handling time or the late-shipment rate rises. Set handling time to cover print time.
- Etsy
- Listing carries a processing time; Etsy shows the buyer an estimated ship date from it. Mark shipped with tracking on Etsy.
