Print queue
One P2S, four AMS slots, a cork every few hours. An order is a print job before it is a parcel, and the job list is sequenced so spools change as rarely as possible.
How the order is chosen
- Whatever is on the printer finishes first. Nothing pre-empts a running job.
- Group by loadout. Corks whose spools together fit four slots print back to back with no change. Ivory White is in 20 of the 22 corks, so it lives in A1 and the other three slots do the work: Ivory + Maroon Red + Terracotta alone covers Alabama, Oklahoma, Texas A&M and both Texases.
- Inside a loadout, earliest ship-by first. Amazon's handling window counts against the account; Etsy shows the buyer a date; the website promises nothing yet. So Amazon, then Etsy, then web.
- Blocked jobs never enter the plan. A cork whose spool is not on the shelf sits in the list below with the reason, and re-checks itself when stock changes.

All three programmes print their navy in Dark Blue PLA Matte. It is sold out at Bambu, a Notify Me is registered, and the register found nothing in any PLA line within 5 ΔE. Two of them also want a spool that is merely on order or in the cart; those land first. These print the day the navy arrives — they already have a loadout worked out.
Today, on the clock sample times
Print times are whatever Bambu Studio reports when the file is sliced; the admin stores that number per product and uses it here. Twelve minutes between jobs is the plate cooling and the next file being started by hand — the admin does not talk to the printer.
What the printer link is, honestly
The P2S publishes its state over MQTT in LAN mode — job name, layer, percent, which AMS tray is active. That is read-only and unofficial, and it is all this screen uses. Sending a job needs Bambu Studio or the Handy app; the admin shows you which file and which spools, and you press print. If the MQTT feed is off, the "on the printer" card just goes grey.
