Reconciliation
Three channels pay out three ways on three clocks. This page lines each payout up against the orders it should contain and says whether the bank agrees.
Web
Stripe pays out on a rolling schedule. Its API lists every payout and the balance transactions inside it, so this column is fully automatic: each payout is matched to orders by charge id, fees are Stripe's own numbers, and the bank amount should equal the net to the cent.
Amazon
Amazon settles every 14 days and holds a reserve. Until SP-API, the settlement report is downloaded from Seller Central and imported here. It lists every order, fee and adjustment, so a settlement reconciles line by line — but only after you fetch it.
Etsy
Etsy deposits on the schedule chosen in its settings, net of fees it has already taken. The payment account CSV is the record; imported here it splits into orders, fees and deposits. Manual until the API app is approved.

Sample rows. Fees are computed from published rates for illustration; in the product they are what each channel reports, never a formula.
Unmatched 1
The Amazon settlement shows a net that is $3.61 lower than the orders it lists would give at the published referral fee. That is the shape of a reserve or a shipping-credit adjustment, and the settlement report will say which. Open it, tag the adjustment, and the row goes green. Nothing is written off silently.

Refunds live here too
A refund is issued where the money is — Stripe from the admin with a restricted key, Amazon in Seller Central, Etsy on Etsy — and recorded against the order in every case, so the payout that carries the reversal reconciles. UD-1032 is the sample: refunded in full before printing, and the Stripe payout it sits in nets to zero for it.
Sales tax
Amazon and Etsy collect and remit marketplace-facilitator tax themselves in every US state; the website does not, until Stripe Tax is switched on. That is the one thing Shopify would have bought for $39 a month and Stripe Tax buys per transaction. Flagged, not designed.
