Spools on the shelf
Not finished goods — there are none. Spools. Which colours the open orders need, whether they are on the shelf, and where to buy them. Minimum stock is 3 of every colour.

SOLD OUT at Bambu (11602). Notify Me registered. Nothing in any PLA line is within 5 ΔE. Auburn, Michigan and Notre Dame all print their navy with it: Michigan's is 2.6 ΔE off the spool, Auburn's and Notre Dame's 5.0. The nearest alternatives were checked when the register was built — Basic Blue, eSUN Blue, eSUN Dark Blue — and the closest is 7 ΔE and visibly wrong on a navy. So there is no substitute, and the blocked orders are blocked until this arrives.

- The three orders (UD-1041, UD-1040) already have a loadout planned on the queue.

Count spools in
A Bambu spool carries RFID and the AMS reads it, so the printer knows what is loaded; it does not know what is on the shelf. Counting in on delivery is the one manual step that keeps this page true. A spool counts as used when a job that used it finishes — one cork is a small fraction of a kilo, so the number here is spools, not grams.
Where these numbers come from
The four counts are read off the 2026-09-09 Bambu order and are floors — the order PDF collapses lines. The Bambu order placed today covers 25 spools and the eSUN cart holds 24 more, not yet ordered; neither is on the shelf, so neither counts. "Not counted" is shown rather than a guess. The buy order — Matte, then Basic, then eSUN — and every colour choice come from the register in sports/CLAUDE.md; the admin never picks a filament.
eSUN spools carry no RFID. The row says so because the tray has to be set by hand in Bambu Studio before the print, and a PLA+ left on the previous profile is how a cork gets ruined.
